Starting with solid 8" steel I-beam frames our 2"x6" sub-floors are decked with 5/8" glued and screwed plywood. Next we use 2"x4"x7' sidewalls 16" on center. All of our roofs use certified truss style rafters. Whether you have a loft model, a floor plan with dormers or a home with our standard 6/12 pitch cathedral ceiling you will have the comfort of knowing you have an investment built with time honored solid old world Amish construction.
